Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy

Subject to your statutory rights including under the Australian Consumer Law and the Competition and Consumer Act, if you are not completely satisfied with our goods or services within 30 days, we may at our election either refund you system credits for future use, or refund money paid for the goods and services in question.

Refund Processing Methods

The way refunds are processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card: Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank generally within seven (7) business days of receipt of the cancellation request being processed.
  • If you paid by PayPal: Refunds will be sent generally within (10) business days of receipt of the cancellation request.

Important Notes

Please note that refunds will only be remitted to a local bank account when the Bank Account Holder name is matching the Billing Contact filled in when placing the order.
